Good Vibrations?

So I've read a lot of posts regarding vibration on the swing but I wanted to describe my "profile" and see if you guys think it sounds normal or not.

At idle I get minimal vibration in the seat and footboards.
Part throttle acceleration moderate vibration in seat and footboards
Cruising around 35mph I feel a different vibration (not wheel but slower than engine) that feels fairly significant.

Cruising at most speeds I get a high frequency, tingly vibration in footboard and seat.

Ive had all types of bikes in the past and I would classify the overall vibration as better than a lot of them but I dunno, my mechanic brain just feels like it should be smoother.

Any comparison input would be appreciated.

SilverWing is side by side twin----Vertical twins have always vibrated...in spite of balance shafts/various crank arrangements----Vibration is mild----if you ever ride miles on SilverWing, you will find stuff does not vibrate so much as it falls off/breaks....like a Harley or old British vertical twin.

Vibration felt at 35-40 mph is probably belt slap---not known for causing any damage. Usually when belt is fresh and pulleys new the slap/vibration is less from the drive train.

SilverWing is old design, your bike is old, so you may not be experiencing fresh out of the crate performance going down the road-----I have had 2 new SilverWings, first one had a lot of clutch/drive line judder/chatter its whole life....never left me walking, the second one had/has what I think is belt slap from first day near 40 mph----nothing hurt, second belt is about ready to change....I use only OEM belts, and use 20,000 miles as change interval, Honda recommends 15-16,000 miles as I recall.

Like all Honda designs, the SilverWing can stand being run wide open all the time.....otherwise they could not be sold in Germany.

Yeah as long as there's nothing actually wrong I'm ok with the vibration. Scooters are just so unfamiliar to me that I can't immediately tell what is ok, and what isnt

I have not studied the vibrations. There are vibrations. Depends on speed. But what I really notice is how smooth it is in the 50 to 60 mph range when at a steady speed.

Mine, too is very smooth at 50-60 mph----pretty much buffet free, too. Probably has to do with development/testing in Japan a long time ago and their speed limits on the freeway. Secondary road speed limits are much less.I lived and worked in Japan over 20 years. Most of us ride SilverWing too fast to really enjoy it.

2017, at least the first 6 months, I am planning to ride to 49 states again with all Canadian Prov thrown in-----by June I hope I will have enough money for another new bike, But big scooter market doesn't have much new or interesting to offer.

When I bought my swing (secondhand) a few years ago I thought that overall it was quite a smooth machine. However it would start to give tingling vibrations through the handlebars as speeds got over 70mph, and simply got worse until top speed was reached.

However last year I had fitted a new front Bridestone tyre, and hey-presto the vibes all but disappeared!

I can now quite happily cruise at 80mph (10mph over the UK motorway limit) without any problems. (Although the police might have something to say about it......)

I noticed, yesterday, small vibration in front at highway speeds, either balance or tire out of round.
Front tire appears to still have service life----first fix, add some more "Ride On", vibe still persists=replace tire.
