| Not me - my 2008 SWing! 60,000 miles - got it when it had 10,000 miles - one before was 2003 SWing - put 20,000 miles on that one - so have done 70,000 SWing miles in past 3 years. 2008 is a bit less peppy (but barely noticable) than when I got it. Here in California I get to ride most days. Ride Safe! |

| turned 73 on November sold my Kawasaki 900 Vulcan.
bought a 2012 SW with 840 miles on it.
having a blast riding it.
the first scooter i ever owned was a cushman huskey.
big difference.

|  dsmith welcome to the best Silverwing forum on the web. And I'll offer a belated happy birthday to you too. You picked the best scooter there is out of all the maxi scooters out there and I'm sure you will get many miles of smiles from it. If you like to work on you own scooter I'd suggest buying a service manual, between the service manual and this forum you can do about anything needed to keep your scooter running at it's best. Here are some links(4 below in blue)that will help you learn a lot about taking care of and modifying your Silverwing.
