How did you pay??

If you paid via credit card you can notify your credit card company.

This happened to me once, the company would not respond after they received my money. After I "contested" the charge with credit company ... the company finally responded via email and I finally received the merchandise.

Their website warns that they are swamped this time of year and shipment might take a while.

three brothers parts help 01910_800x600

Here's their phone number: 412-610-2999

I had to call them twice, email once before I got my backrest. It took 20 days from the time they charged my card until I got my backrest. The product is good, they just need to do a better job producing, shipping, and communicating. Here's a picture of my SW with the backrest installed.

I have one too that I use on long trips. I usually don't use it when just riding locally though, or 2 up. They do look nice and do a good job.
