| Ok I know this is gonna be a dumb question... but it's bugging me  What do the stars stand for below our names? I assumed that it related to the number of posts or the amount of time we've spent on the boards, but not so since new members start with an almost full deck whilst older members can be down to one star. Now I was a good boy and read the FAQ section, but couldn't find anything specifically relating to the stars... unless I was just having one of my 2 brain cell days and missed it. So can someone enlighten me? |

| This is just a guess, but I reckon it's one star per 100 posts. Now sits back and patiently waits for the gospel according to moderators!!!!  Edited bit. This was/is my 100th post and I noted my star rating jumped to two. So there fore. 0 - 99 = 1 star. 100 - 199 = 2 stars etc. Still not counting my chickens though!  |

| Maybe I'm reading it wrong, I assumed golden stars going left to right illustrates your achievements. Maybe it's silver stars going right to left... but that just defies all Western logic  |

I think you ARE right though. Silver stars are the stars, the gold stars appear to be templates where the silver fit!!! Well that my read of the stars.  |
