hello can anyone tell me is it difficult to remove my forks as i want to replace the dust seals and tidy my fork stansions up Smile Smile

Not difficult at all.

Basically, remove the wheel, mudguard, brakes (tie up the callipers) then you can just get a socket on the four bolts to remove each fork.
