Ooops... Fast charge wrong connection...

Getting the old girl ready for Summer and mistakenly connected a boost charger the wrong way.... Anyhow she's now deaded and I'm guessing I've done the voltage regulator?
Where can this be found and should I be looking for anything else?

This happens from time to time. Your main 30amp fuse is blown and you need to remove the left rear cover and replace it. Check your owners manual and this thread for information.

Spot on Dennis thanks. Throws over now but not a lot of life at the mo... She's stood for probably 18-24 months, I'm guessing the fuel's gone sticky... Looks like it may be a repair shop trip...
Anything else to check? Will it still fire if the reverse polarity has taken out the rectifier? I did hear some buzzing from up front whilst connected wrongly?

Hi Andy,

Get as much of that old gas out of the tank as you can. There's some products out there that work very good for this type of thing. Check with your local auto parts store.
