Do I need medical help?

I waxed the springs on my shocks today. I think I'm having riding withdrawal. Is there any hope?

There is no hope for you at all...but at least you probably have the best looking springs around. Are you able to ride much this time of year? I don't think Tenn gets that cold does it?

You could wax your shoes and then maybe you would have a spring in your step until riding season again. I am really counting down the days until spring. We get home the beginning of March and I'm counting on March ~ coming in like a Lion and out like a Lamb.

your post reminds me that I haven't washed the bikes in the last 4,000 miles. I probably need to get to that soon.

I think you'll be alright. Read the owners manual and rest until the temps get into the upper 40's and then get out there for a short ride. You live in a great area for riding.
